As detailed on the "Maintenance" section of Bungie's website, servers for both Destiny 2 and the original Destiny will close their doors at 4pm today. The work will include early maintenance, as well as swapping over certain weekly events, as detailed in the game's first month roadmap. It will take place at the same time of the weekly reset, which will reset the Nightfall, Flashpoint, Clan XP, Crucible Call to Arms, Weekly Challenges, and Eververse Bright Dust inventory.
Luke Smith, Director on Destiny 2, shared that the raid will have a Light Power bracket of around 260-280, which seems pretty obtainable (if you're not already there).
Bungie has recently detailed when to expect cherished Destiny 2 events like Trials and the arrival of Exotic vendor Xur.
The current level cap in Destiny 2 is 300, although you'll require a top-tier range of equipment to help your character reach such a threshold. This will make you level up to 20 as you finish the story leaving you up for the end game activities along with potentially more powerful gear and loot that you can obtain through raids and strikes.More news: Moon discusses North Korea with Putin
The launch day of a new Raid is like a holiday in the world of Destiny, as many streamers and players will be racing for the title of world's first Raid completion. Bungie has also said that third-party companion apps might be affected as part of the maintenance.
