As noted, WWE announced the releases of Emma, Summer Rae and Darren Young on Sunday. Her release is a surprise because she was given more TV time in recent weeks and there were hints that she was going to feud with Paige.

First, the company announced Sunday that Emma came to terms on a release from her contract.

Emma, real name Tenille Dashwood, began her WWE career in Florida Championship Wrestling, the WWE's developmental system at the time. She then demanded a rematch and lost the following night to Asuka on Raw.

It appears to be "D-Day" for some WWE superstars. After a failed initial run on the main roster as the bubbly, clumsy Emma, she went back to NXT and reinvented herself as a villain. According to Emma, she forgot to pay for an iPad case when using a self checkout at a Walmart in Hartford, Connecticut. After an incident that led to her doing community service, WWE briefly released her in 2014.

He participated in the main period of NXT, which was at first organized as an opposition in which NXT new kids on the block, who were combined with WWE veterans, contended to acquire a WWE get; Young's genius was previous WWE champion CM Punk.

The WWE took to Twitter to make the announcement, which shocked wrestling fans. She wrestled in NXT before being paired up with Fandango and coming to the main roster as his "dance partner". She showed up as a "shadow" in an episode of Breezango's Fashion Files, but never returned to WWE television to compete after being cleared from a neck injury.

There has been no word on exactly what led to Young and Summer Rae's release.
