Shadow of War will receive five free content updates before the end of 2017. We covered this in our Shadow Of War Expansion Pass Content Detailed article, where you can find more detailed info. Not quite done with polishing up their game, however, Monolith Productions has just released a roadmap for their DLC plans, including a number of free bits of content. Well, first off, there's Endless Siege, coming your way on November 21st. Prepare to defend your fortress against endless opposition from Sauron's forces on November 21. It's described by WB as a mode in which you'll "Crush the rebel Ologs and Uruks in your forces as they seek to undermine the Bright Lord".
"Capture every battle and siege and apply new filters, frames and textures with Enhanced Photo Mode update". In this new mode, you'll be able to challenge the Orc followers of other players, pitting Overlord against Overlord in a bid to obtain powerful rewards and upgrades. They are a "gruesome" tribe of Orcs that are "capable of ambushing players at any point".More news: North Atlantic Treaty Organisation apologizes to Turkey over reports Erdogan shown as foe
Along with Brutal Difficulty on December 12, the second Season Pass content drop, the Outlaw Tribe, will arrive. This new higher difficulty level will be even more challenging than Nemesis with no last chances!
Additionally, release dates have now been announced for the Slaughter Tribe Nemesis Expansion (Available Nov. 21) and the Outlaw Tribe Nemesis Expansion (Available Dec. 12), both of which are part of the Middle-earth: Shadow of War Expansion Pass. Then in May, the story continues with Middle-earth: Desolation of Mordor!
