Change batteries when you 'spring ahead' this weekend

Daylight saving time begins 2 a.m. Sunday, and when it comes to North Dakotans' opinions on the practice of advancing clocks one hour to achieve longer evening daylight, it's a mixed bag. If Sunshine State legislators get their way, Floridians won't be falling back.
