Pogba wants to leave Old Trafford due to his frosty relationship with Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho.
The 25-year-old has struggled to recreate the performances of his four-year Juventus stay since a then-world record £89m move from Serie A back to United in the summer of 2016.
Pogba has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford this whole season and has publicly stated his admiration for the La Liga champions Barcelona.
However, the fact that Raiola is touting Pogba to Barcelona - apparently with his client's blessing - is a worrying development for United after a hard pre-season, and comes so close to United's Premier League opener at home to Leicester on Friday.More news: Chicago suffers gun violence surge over weekend
He is under contract with Manchester United until 2021.
Pogba is contracted to Manchester United for another three years.
"We respect the player and the teams they are on". With that out of the way he's coming good though we all know he can do even better.
The United manager claimed that the summer tournament - which Pogba's France won in Russian Federation - is the "perfect" environment for him because he "can only think about football" as opposed to other outside influences. Where he's with his team on the training camp, completely isolated from the external world, where they focus just on football, where the dimensions of the game can only motivate.
Reports that Raiola had spoken with Barcelona and was set for talks with United over Pogba's future began to circulate in Spain and Italy on Monday. Bayern want £50m for the former Manchester City defender, but United are unwilling to pay more than £40m for a player who turns 30 next month.
